Counselling can help with:
- Low self esteem
- Low self confidence
- Self Harm
- Eating Disorders
- Abuse ( emotional, physical or sexual)
- Family issues
- Work related issues
If you feel you are struggling with any of these or other issues, then maybe I can help. I offer a safe, warm and confidential environment where you can be listened to and heard. A space within which we can work together to enable you to better understand and work through the problems you might be experiencing.
I have had seven years experience working as a volunteer counsellor for a Domestic Abuse Project in Cornwall helping people with a variety of issues.
I also work part time as a Mental Health Mentor working with students from Exeter and Falmouth Universities on Penryn Campus.
In my private practice I very much like to take a flexible and holistic approach in my way of working. I am happy to tailor the sessions to meet the specific needs of the individual, which may include a combination of counselling and bodywork and to take the counselling session outside and into the landscape.
