I have had nearly five years experience working as a volunteer counsellor for a domestic violence project helping people with a variety of issues.
I very much like to work in a holistic way, taking into consideration the person as a whole, and to help achieve a balance between both mind and body. I am therefore very happy to offer extended sessions to include bodywork as well if this might be beneficial.
